CBM HOME MOBILE APP USAGE GUIDELINES

BOOKING, PAYMENT, AND CONFIRMATION OF SERVICE

Bookings can be made through the CBM Home app, Live Chat, or by contacting our CBM Home Team via email or call. Service appointments will only be confirmed upon payment for relevant services received. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an email reflecting the details of the service. Bookings can be made 30 days in advance. To ensure that you secure your preferred time slots, we strongly encourage advance booking for appointments.

We highly recommend that someone be home fifteen (15) minutes before the start of the scheduled service, to allow for any travel challenges, and allow clients to brief our team and be “ready”.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount as per the terms in our refund guidelines below. If for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you as well.

CANCELLATION FOR BOOKED SCHEDULES

You can cancel your bookings without any charges up until seven (7) days or forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled date.

If scheduled booking(s) is/are not cancelled within the allocated time frame, or if you are absent for the scheduled booking, a cancellation fee will be deducted, from the total service amount. The balance will be refunded through the respective payment mode used. CBM may request your Bank Account Information for refund purposes for payment modes other than Credit Card or Pay Now.

Scheduled bookings that are cancelled seven (7) days or forty-eight (48) hours before will be refunded based on the table below. Cancellations can be made through the CBM App, Live Chat, or by contacting the CBM Team, on a refundable fare.

PURCHASE OF SERVICES

Purchase of services can be made through the CBM Home app. We accept payments via Pay Now, Visa and MasterCard. You can view all your scheduled bookings on the App. All scheduled bookings are not to be presented as a gift, redeem for cash, or sold outside of CBM Home.

Service prices are subject to change at CBM Home’s discretion.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

  1. In the event of loss or damages to items, such liability shall not exceed SGD500/-

  2. The claim should be made within 24 hours after the service completion. All claims made after 24 hours will not be admissible.

REFUND GUIDELINE

Refunds are not offered after service completion. After our customer service team has received and processed your refund request, the refund will be processed and completed after 30 days depending on your bank/card company.

  • Surcharges paid will NOT be refunded.

  • Contractual Services will NOT be refunded.

  • You will need to send in a request refund via the CBM Home and give substantiated reason(s)/claim(s) before a refund can be made

  • Any forms of coupons, discount codes or promotional codes used will NOT be refunded

  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment that was used to make the purchase

  • Refunds will be for an equal value of service purchased or less. 

  • CBM Home reserves the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil any of the above-stated requirements. 

HOW TO REQUEST FOR A REFUND 

  1. Login to the CBM Home app using your email address/mobile phone and password

  2. Click on the Bookings tab at the bottom of the page

  3. Select the booking which you want to refund and follow the instructions on the page

  4. After receiving your request, our customer service team will process and complete the refund after 30 days (subject to your bank/card processing time)

CBM Home has not reviewed all the sites linked to the Website and/or App and is not responsible for the content or any off-site pages or other linked sites.
