Service FAQs

  • You can contact our customer service through our CBM Home Facebook chat function

  • It would be best for owners to be home so that our professional crew can reach out at any time.

  • You can do so through the app at least 48 hours before the appointment or call our service hotline - 9647 7190 to check for availability with our Customer Service Officer.

Payment FAQs

  • We accept cashless payments via PayNow or Credit Cards (Only Visa & MasterCard).

    Payment is to be made upon booking of appointment.

  • A copy of an invoice will be sent to your registered email automatically upon payment confirmation.

    You may also retrieve all invoices in the CBM Home app -

    Settings > E Invoices

Engineering / M&E Services

  • Booking availability can be seen via the CBM Home app.

    Should there be any urgent cases that require special arrangements, feel free to call our hotline at 9647 7190 and our Customer Service Officer will help to make a booking on your behalf.

  • Charges are based on the standard pricing available on the CBM Home app and assessment orders will be quotation-based.

  • These rates are only applicable to standard wall mount Fan Coil Units (FCU).

    Please reach out to our customer service for other types of air conditioning unit rates.

Cleaning Services

  • The entire cleaning services are subjected to the size of the property. An average 2-3 bedders will take about 2.5 – 3 hours.

  • We are NEA licensed company and our cleaners are WSQ professionally trained cleaners.

    There will be a minimum of 2 cleaners per cleaning session to ensure that your house is cleaned thoroughly and timely.

  • We will use our own cleaning equipment.

    No equipment will be needed/provided by clients.

  • You need to pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive to ensure maximum efficiency. Besides, if you have a pet, we also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean.

  • We don’t typically:

    a) Clean toys

    b) Washing, ironing, and folding of laundry

    c) Changing bed sheets

    d) Dismantling and cleaning of wall fans

    e) Wash dishes
